Lost or damaged parcels
Every order is insured against loss and damage in transit. Report a problem within 14 days of delivery.

This page explains where Aevlune ships, how long orders take and how shipping is charged. It forms part of our Terms of service.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Processing time
Every order is reviewed before it ships, to confirm it meets our conditions of sale. Once approved, orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders approved before 3 PM Eastern Time on a business day can ship the same day. We may contact you if we need more information, and we cancel and refund any order we cannot approve.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, at a weekend or on a holiday are processed from the next business day.
Shipping options and cost
Choose a service at checkout. The price of each option is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Standard shipping. USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2–5 business days after the order ships. Free on orders of $200 or more, before tax.
- 2-day shipping. USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives 1–3 business days after the order ships. Free on orders of $250 or more, before tax.
- Overnight shipping. USPS Priority Mail Express, which arrives the next day at most addresses and within 2 days at the rest.
Free shipping is counted on the products in the order, after any discount. Overnight shipping is charged on every order.

All orders ship by USPS, including orders to PO boxes and military addresses. Not every service is available to every address; checkout shows the options for yours.
Packaging
Every order ships in discreet, plain packaging. Nothing on the outside names Aevlune or describes what is inside. The return label reads Aevlune Wellness LLC, with a return address, which USPS requires on every parcel.
Inside is a packing slip with your order number and the items, without prices.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also see the order's status there.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every order is insured against loss and damage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, see Returns and refunds. Report it within 14 days of delivery.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we send a replacement as described in Returns and refunds.
Address changes
Check your shipping address before you place the order. To change it, contact us within one hour of placing the order. Once an order is packed, the address cannot be changed.
