This policy explains what personal information Aevlune Wellness LLC ("Aevlune", "we") collects through aevlunewellness.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Entry verification. Before you enter the shop: what type of buyer you say you are, your confirmation of the entry statements, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.
Orders. Your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and the items you buy, and your confirmation at checkout that the order is for laboratory research, with the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.
Accounts. If you create an account, your login email and password, and the research details you give: your organization, your role and your research purpose. Passwords are stored in hashed form, not as readable text.
Certificate notices. If you ask on our certificates page to be told when a batch's certificate is published, your email address and the batch number. We use it for that one email and do not add it to any list.
Email list. If you join our email list, your email address, the date you joined and the version of the consent wording you saw.
Messages. Anything you send us when you contact us.

Card details go directly to our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, our servers and our hosting provider record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use it to run and secure the site.

The site's fonts are served by a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

We use a privacy-focused analytics service to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. It records the page you requested, the site that referred you, and general details worked out from your request, such as country, browser and device type. Your IP address is used only to work those out and is not stored.

We do not use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what each needs:

Our payment processor, to take payment
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
Our hosting provider, which stores the site's data
An email service provider, to send order and list emails
An analytics provider, which counts visits to the site

We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, researcher verifications and checkout confirmations for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep your email list entry until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep a certificate notice request, marked as sent, so we never email you twice about the same batch; ask us and we will delete it. We keep account information until you ask us to close the account.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The site uses only first-party cookies that it needs to work:

To remember that you completed the researcher verification, for 30 days
To keep the items in your bag
To keep you signed in to your account
To remember your region

We do not use advertising cookies, and our analytics service does not set cookies of any kind. If that changes, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

Your choices and rights

Email. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Access, correction and deletion. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

To make a request, email support@aevlunewellness.com. We will confirm your identity before acting on it.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:

Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
Delete personal information we collected from you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (such as name, email and address), commercial information (such as purchase history) and internet activity information (such as pages requested), from you and from your device, for the purposes set out above. We disclosed them only to the service providers listed above.

To make a request, email support@aevlunewellness.com. You may use an authorized agent. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

The site is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a person under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
