Every product sold by Aevlune is designated for research use only. This page explains what that means and what it requires of you.
What the designation means
- Products are intended only for in vitro and laboratory research by qualified researchers.
- They are not for use in or on humans or animals.
- They are not for use as a food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or household product.
- They are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
- They have not been evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Who may buy
Only people who are 21 or older and who are qualified researchers, or who are buying on behalf of a laboratory or research institution, may buy from Aevlune. Every visitor confirms this before entering the shop, and orders are placed only from an account. The full conditions are in our Terms of service.
Your responsibilities
When you buy from Aevlune, you are responsible for:
- Using the products only for lawful research, in a suitable laboratory setting
- Following every federal, state and local law, and every institutional rule, that applies to your work
- Making sure the products are stored, handled and disposed of safely, by trained personnel
- Not reselling or transferring products to anyone who does not meet these conditions
What we do not provide
We do not give guidance on the use of any product in any person or animal, and we do not answer questions about it. Nothing on this site describes an effect of any product.
Documentation
Each batch has a certificate of analysis. Find it by the batch number on the label at Certificates of analysis.
Orders we refuse
We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, if we believe the products will be used outside these conditions.
