Affiliate agreement.

Who can join

• You must be 21 or older and able to enter a contract.
• If Aevlune has removed you from this program before, you may not rejoin unless we say so in writing.
• One account per person. You may not hold a second account under another name.

What you may say

Aevlune sells reference materials for in vitro and laboratory research only. As an affiliate you may describe what Aevlune sells, its purity testing, its certificates of analysis, its prices and its shipping.

You may not, anywhere you share your link:

• say or imply what a compound does, including any effect on the body, appearance, weight, recovery, performance, mood, sleep or wellbeing;
• suggest a product is for use in or on people or animals, or present it as a medicine, supplement or cosmetic;
• give dosing, mixing, reconstitution or administration instructions;
• show or describe needles, injections or administration of any kind;
• promise results, share before-and-after content, or present personal experience as evidence;
• invent test results, purity figures, batch numbers, certifications or endorsements;
• say that a product is, or is the same as, a prescription medicine or a branded drug, or compare it to one — including naming that medicine, its brand or its maker;
• use urgency or scarcity wording, such as countdowns or low-stock warnings;
• speak as Aevlune, or in a way that suggests you are employed by Aevlune.

You must make it plain, wherever you share your link or your code, that you earn a commission from orders placed through it. Say it in words anyone would understand — “I earn a commission from this link”, or a clear #ad or #affiliate. It must be easy to see: not buried at the end, not shrunk into small print, and not shortened to something only an insider would recognise.

You must not misstate what a code is worth, invent a discount, or describe an offer as ending when it is not.

What you earn

You earn 20% of the products total, before shipping and tax, the first time a researcher orders through you. Every later order that researcher places through your link or your code earns you 10%.

“First” means the first order we have credited to you from that researcher’s email address. It is not their first order with Aevlune, and it is not a date. You are paid only when your link or your code is used: a researcher who comes back on their own earns you nothing. Your link is remembered on a visitor’s device for 30 days.

Commission is recorded when an order is placed and becomes payable once that order has passed Aevlune's review and its return window has closed. Cancelled, refused and refunded orders earn nothing. Orders you place yourself do not earn commission.

Aevlune pays affiliates once a month, by the method agreed with you. Taxes on what you earn are yours to handle.

If commission was earned through something this agreement forbids — a claim you should not have made, an order you placed yourself, a code pushed onto someone who was already buying, clicks or sign-ups that were not real — we may take it back. That means refusing to pay it, holding it against what you are owed next, or asking you to return it if it has already reached you.

How you may promote

• No paid advertising on the words Aevlune or aevlunewellness.
• No unsolicited email, direct messages or text messages.
• No coupon, cashback or deal sites.
• No sites aimed at people under 21, and no sharing in places where these products may not be offered.
• No copying Aevlune's site, wording or branding to make a site that looks official, and no domain name, social handle or email address that could be mistaken for one of ours.
• Nothing done to inflate what you earn: no ordering through your own link, no bidding on our name, no forcing your code onto people who were buying anyway, no faked clicks or sign-ups.
• You may not accept money on Aevlune's behalf, agree anything on our behalf, or present yourself as our spokesperson.

How we check

Aevlune may look at anything you publish that carries your link or your code, and at the orders and clicks behind your commission.

If we ask where you are sharing your link, or ask to see something you have posted, tell us within seven days. Not answering is itself a reason to pause or remove you.

We keep a record of what we looked at and when, and of anything we asked you to change or take down.

Strikes

Breaking section 2 earns a strike. We tell you in writing what it is for and what to change. Three strikes and your link stops earning. A strike stops counting twelve months after it is given.

If you think a strike is wrong, say so within thirty days and we will look again.

Four things skip the strikes and remove you at once, because they are the ones that put Aevlune at risk: saying a product treats or affects a condition, giving dosing or administration instructions, showing administration of any kind, or presenting a product as a medicine.

Ending the arrangement

Either side may end this arrangement at any time, in writing. If either of us simply ends it, commission you have already earned in good standing is still paid.

Aevlune may pause or remove you at once for breaking section 2, section 4 or section 5. If we remove you for one of those, commission we have not yet paid is forfeited, and section 3 lets us recover what we already have.

You are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of Aevlune, and this agreement does not make you one.

If something you do causes a claim

What you publish is yours. If something you say, share or do brings a claim against Aevlune — from a regulator, a platform, or anyone else — you are responsible for it, and you agree to cover what it costs us, including reasonable legal fees, so far as it comes from your own words, your own conduct, or a part of this agreement you broke.

This does not cover anything Aevlune got wrong itself, or anything you did because we told you to.

Changes

Aevlune may update this agreement. Affiliates are told of a change by email, and continuing to share your link after a change means you accept the new version.
